Is it okay to start your small homebased business with one product with many variations?
Would it be okay to start your small homebased business with one product with many variations(body sprays with a large variety of scents and then branch off into other products later? Or should you just start out with a variety of products (lotions, body sprays, bubble bath, and liquid soap)? Really appreciate an answer to this question. Thanks
by the way the business is strictly online.
If you are planning home sales parties, you would want a diversity of products, or complementary partners to join in the program.
You might search the web for “private label” cosmetics, skin care, etc. you can purchase fairly small quantities of generic products with your brand label attached.
A popular term among the Internet Marketing gurus is Niche Marketing, it’s a lot easier to rank well in search results for hand-crafted-hemp-fashion then for the word Fashion. By being a big fish i a little pond you have a better chance of being noticed, in that small world, if you setup a website wholly focused on body spray, with their term in the domain name in the page title, in the texts and image descriptions, there’s a better chance of ranking well with the search engines for that particular term.

Titanic [VHS] $4.25 When the theatrical release of James Cameron’s Titanic was delayed from July to December of 1997, media pundits speculated that Cameron’s $200 million disaster epic would cause the director’s downfall, signal the end of the blockbuster era, and sink Paramount Studios as quickly as the ill-fated luxury liner had sunk on that fateful night of April 14, 1912. Some studio executives were confident, ot… |
